KTM’S 450 XC comes packed to the gills with high-dollar features to make racing easy: a close-ratio tranny, liquid cooling, a hydraulic clutch, chromoly frame with aluminum subframe, Magura aluminum handlebars, fully adjustable Öhlins shocks, DWT wheels, Maxxis Razr tires and a performance-tuned exhaust with an aluminum silencer. The 448cc engine can be upgraded to the 525’s displacement. What’s New: Suspension tweaks for a lower rear end, a new thumb throttle and revised seat cover. Our Take: Fast and furious, there is no comprise with the 450 XC, other than a steep price.
