Polaris Unveils New Limited Edition Models
Product — By ATV Mag on March 9, 2009 at 12:00 pmWe always get excited when Polaris reveals its limited edition models of its ATVs and UTVs – not just for all the cool accessories and sharp looks, but because we get to hear the latest creations coming out of the Polaris Department of Unusual Colors.
Exhibit A: the new Sportsman 850 XP EPS LE finished in attention-getting Tequila Gold painted plastics. Nobody will miss you on the trail, that’s for sure! And, the brain trust at Polaris has successfully invented another vibrant new color.
For the new Sportsman 850 XP EPS LE Tequila Gold, additional features include the bright paint job, Electronic Power Steering, an “extreme” front bumper, PIAA high-discharge lights, rear work lights, a rear rack extender, winch, front storage box (which we’re crazy about) and 14-inch black cast aluminum wheels. The MSRP is $10,499.
Moving down the lineup, the Sportsman 800 Touring LE is now available in striking Turbo Silver. Last year’s ATV Magazine ATV of the Year goes for a suggested $9,699.
The Sportsman 500 H.O. LE is available in Stealth Black and also includes Polaris’ Engine Braking System for $6,399.
In the side-by-side department, the Ranger XP LE Sunset Red includes the previously-imagined Sunset Red painted hood, dash and glove box, as well as stitched red and black seats, custom decals, silver painted front and rear suspension springs and 12-inch black “Crusher” rims with PXT tires — all for $11,399.
For the same price, and with the same features as the Sunset Red Ranger XP LE, the Sandstone Metallic offers another new color choice.
Sportsmen will enjoy the Ranger XP LE Stealth Black Browning, with “Stealth Black” matte-finished painted hood, dash and glove box, stitched Browning seats, a custom (and subtle!) Browning decal package, a 4,000-pound Warn winch, Lock & Ride gun scabbards and 12-inch “Crusher” rims with PXT tires. The MSRP of the Stealth Black Browning is $12,499.
Riders traveling in packs also get some flash with the Ranger Crew LE Sunset Red, featuring the splashy red paint job, stitched seats, custom decals, silver painted suspension springs and the 12-inch Crusher rims with PXT tires for $12,299.
For sport riders, the RZR shares in the fun with an LE Sunset Red and LE Stealth Black packages – painted body, stitched seats, painted suspension springs and 12-inch “Crusher” rims with Maxxis tires for $11,399.
