Total defence.....!!!..Sam Bradford could have painted his house for the time he has for tossing a pass...the teams he faced has no pass rush.....Florida will chew him up.....Stoops is yeaterdays newspaper on defence....he is offense minded....Bama's defence eats up good offense,like Georgia etc...Oklahoma is # 5 The SEC is the best,ask Ohio State!

Alabama won't win the National Championship. They are one dimensional. Yes Defenses win championships but if they run into a more balanced team they will lose. Just watch it is going to happen. Sorry snake oil but it will happen.

so snake your a mind reader u think he just sitched what he has known all his life over to offense i think bo pelini had a pretty good defense last year in the sec it didn't seem like he had an answer for us this year oklahoma has given up big plays this year that has hurt us statistcly i would have agreed the sec was a superior confrence for years i don't think that is the case any longer the big 12 SOUTH is a dominant confrence we didn't forget how to play defense

there is one great team in the sec and they got beat at home by ole miss. alabama is going to get throttled in the sec championship the big 12 south has 3 teams capable of winning the natinal title in Oklahoma,Texas,and Texas tech all three would whoop alabama like a rented mule and whoever plays florida is going to be a hell of a game who else in the sec is worth a crap

This year, as a SEC fan and big LSU fan I will say....no one. LSU is pretty down from years past with an inexperienced QB, and a weak defense(by recent LSU standards). Part of that could be blamed in them being young, part to blame on us having 2 co-defensive coordinators...which both suck. Auburn literally fell off the wagon. Arkansas isnt worth much without Jones and McFadden. Florida and Bama are the only SEC standouts right now. Florida because they are good(minus the Ole Miss screw up) and Bama because they've been lucky so far.

i agree completely lsu will be back even thogh i dispise les miles most years the sec is THE POWER CONFRENCE this year there below the big 12 but they will returnnot saying florida is not good but they are it pac 10 is the weakest in the country other than usc alabama would fight for 4th in big 12 south this year
